In the world, it is so easy to get lost and stop listening to the frequency of your heart song: the divine emanation of your soul’s path in this lifetime.
Lost because our path no longer is synchronized with who we are in our center, but rather led astray by other forces like the mind, fear, logic, etc. which take us further away from ourselves.
This is the absolute worse decision you could make in your life.
Your heart is a powerful cosmic generator of energy, the bridge between life on Earth and the paradise of “heaven”.
A closed heart means a life unlived, unhappy, and joyless.
Forever stuck in the illusions of Maya माया , the illusion of this play of life perceived by the senses, where the ego reigns free & ignorant to the truth that there is something deeper and interconnected throughout all creation… something that it is not able to do when the heart center, the Anahata Chakra, is strong and balanced.
A balanced heart center is open & tuned to the Anahat अनाहत frequency.
In Sanskrit, anahata means "unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten".
More accurately, a melody, a cosmic sound woven through all of creation as it is created and destroyed, a sound which eminates from the Anahata Chakra. And when the heart center is open and tuned into this cosmic frequency, all of the being begins to come into balance and into it’s cosmically aligned blueprint.

What does your heart need?
Chances are, it could have been asking of you something it wants or a path it needs you to walk down and you have resisted…. for all the different reasons we resist listening to our heart; out of logic, fear, limitation, dismissal, not valuing our heart, not trusting our heart’s wisdom, staying in the comfort zone, not changing, not trying to make a difference, giving up, confusion, lack of clarity, self-sabotage, etc.
Granted most of those are the same, and it all boils down to comfort and fear.
Safe or not safe. The unknown can hold so many different ranges of experience. The mind needs to keep you safe, therefor what it unknown could mean danger which equates to the ultimate fear of the ego; death.
The resistance of not listening to the heart is always coming from the ego.
Once you choose to live life not from fear, but from living out your heart’s nudges and believing in your dreams, then magic can begin to happen for you.
Your heart leads you to your greatest, most abundant, blessed, and radiant life. The source energy that all of life was created from.
The Anahata Current that opens the heart has the ability to transform all energy, no matter how dense.
The cosmic unsung cord of creation.
How could your life not be transformed from this energy? All potential, all possibilities, all energies can be created from this.
But, chances are that when the heart opens, it will reveal to you the seeds of a dream that are uniquely yours. Only you can listen to it’s song and learn to nurture and water that seed and bring it into fruition.
So, what does your heart desire?
Why have you not listened?
Can you choose to see your fear and take a leap of faith and courage?
The heart wants all of you, courageously. Let your heart purify you in it’s cosmic flame and crack you open to life.
There is nothing greater than this as a human.
Ask it what it wants. Just braindump it all down and go and do what calls to your heart the most.
It’s also worth noting what you are doing in your life right now where you don’t activate the heart’s presence and frequency through joy. How can you make the mundane more enjoyable?
Washing dishes, driving, cleaning, yard work, etc.
Stay in the frequency of your heart with the most joy and love you can find in the moment.
Discernment for you
Because I can’t see for myself what your inner state is and the perception you are operating from, a discerning reminder for you is that the heart leads you into fear to conquer it or “dance with fear” as I was told once.
Whichever you prefer… I prefer conquer and liberation from fear.
Your heart will never ask you to harm another, to inflict punishment, revenge, and any other dark agendas that operate from ego, as well as actions that do not come from “divine virtue.”
Divine virtue can mean qualities and characteristics that embody the sacred essence of the Divine; such as courage, strength, perseverance, compassion, humility, forgiveness, empathy, etc.
Be mindful of this when listening to your heart, because if you have not cultivated enough spiritual power, you will not know how to differentiate the sound of the ego from the sound of the heart.
Just ask yourself if your heart’s tasks are in alignment with Divine Virtues before deciding to take action on them!
Give that a try and give your heart the nourishment and expression it wants from you. Your life will beat in the vibrant colors and vitality of being human that you crave to feel within, replacing the dullness of a heart untouched.
